Night to Unite - Volunteer Registration

Thank you for your interest in being a volunteer for Night to Unite 2026!

All volunteers, except for Red Carpet, will receive a t-shirt. However, you do need to register before January 18, 2026 to ensure you receive a t-shirt.

Volunteers -- You can choose the area where you would like to serve. If you don't see your area, mark other and leave us a note in the comment section.

Buddy -- Your role as a buddy is to be a tour guide and friend for your king or queen. Expect to be on your feet, dancing, riding in limousines, sharing a meal, and making sure your participant is enjoying the special night. It is a fancy night for our special guests. Please dress appropriately. We recommend a minimum business casual attire. (Must be 16 years of age)

Red Carpet -- Cheer on the kings and queens as they walk down the Red Carpet. Kids under the age of 16 must be with a parent or guardian. This year we will have one Red Carpet shift from 5:45pm-6:45pm.

Characters - If you are interested in being a character in a costume, please sign up and indicate that in the comment section. Characters must be at least 14 years of age.

This year we are offering the option to sponsor a king/queen for NTU. The cost to sponsor is $75. This is an optional cost and is not required to volunteer. We also offer the option to cover the $8 cost of your background check. A current background check is required for all NTU volunteers ages 18 or over (excludes Red Carpet volunteers). 

Please note that volunteers who register after 1/18/26 will not receive a NTU t-shirt. Red carpet volunteers also do not get a t-shirt.
