Sometimes we have to understand sorrow to be able to experience joy and laughter.

Trust that God will continue to bring joy.

The things the future holds aren’t as powerful as the one who holds the future.

Laughter and joy can be the best medicine, bringing us through the hardest times of our lives.

Suffering can interrupt life, but it can’t steal joy.
