Our Mission
Oakwood Christian Church is a Great Commission church, holding high the scriptures and taking serious the command of Jesus in Matthew 28:19-20. Our goal is to make disciples of Jesus, not simply converts to Christianity. A disciple is someone who is following Jesus, being changed by Jesus, and is committed to the mission of Jesus (Matthew 4:19). We want to be a church that produces fully-devoted,
life-long followers of Jesus.

Worship Service
We believe it is vital for Christians to gather together. Come join us as we celebrate God's work in our lives.
Our music is modern while maintaining strong ties to tradition. We believe that scripture changes lives, so we preach from the Bible every week. Our sermons are designed to comfort the afflicted and to afflict the comfortable. We celebrate communion together every week and invite any Christian to participate as we remember the sacrifice of Jesus.
Children's Church
Every weekend we help kids connect with Christ. From the moment you drop off your child to the moment you pick them up, they experience safe, age-specific environments designed with them in mind. Our teams encourage kids to enjoy learning about Jesus and help them take that next step to become more like Him. Be sure to ask your kids what they learned this week!
