What does Jesus require of His committed followers?

• Disciple = A fully-devoted, forever follower of Jesus
  
  

Requirement #1 – A disciple must love Jesus more than anyone or anything else. (vs.26, Matt. 5:43-44, Matt. 10:37-39)

• Jesus won’t be your “plus one.” He demands first place. Not Jesus &/+ __________
  
  

Requirement #2 – A disciple must take up His cross and follow Jesus. (vs.27, Luke 9:23, Matt. 4:19, Matt. 28:19-20)

Requirement #3 – A disciple must be willing to give up everything they have. (vs.33)
