A Bias for Involvement

Ephesians 4:1-6, 11-16

1) We are commissioned to live a life worthy of calling. (vs. 1-6)

We have unity as God's church on mission together.

We are all an important part of one body.

2) Church leaders are to lead by equipping God's people for ministry service. (vs. 11-12)

3) Every Christian is called to serve in ministry so that the Body of Christ will be built up. (vs. 12)

1 Peter 4:10

4) There is a point to all of this: church growth & spiritual maturity. (vs. 12-16)

5) The church will grow spiritually and numerically if every person does their part. (vs. 16)
