Night to Unite - King/Queen Registration

We are so excited for Night to Unite 2025!  Mark your calendars for February 7, 2025 from 6pm-8:30pm! 

KING OR QUEEN REGISTRATION (participant/guest)  Please fill out the form at the end of your registration. 

**All king and queen registrations must be approved by the NTU board.** 

If you live in a group care home, please wait to register until 1/6/25. 

Also, this year we are offering the option to sponsor a king/queen for NTU. The cost to sponsor is $75. This is an optional cost and is not required to attend. 

All personal information is only used within the Night to Unite organization. 

Capacity limit is 175 participants.
