Sexual Integrity 101

Sexual Integrity 101 is an 8-week course starting May 26 from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm in Room 414. This course is designed to help men pursue lasting freedom from unwanted sexual behaviors, shame, and relational brokenness in a grace-centered environment. Rooted in biblical truth, the class explores how shame, past experiences, and trauma shape our thoughts and behaviors, while offering practical tools for building new, healthy patterns. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the connection between emotional pain, brain function, and spiritual growth, equipping them to take meaningful steps toward healing. Through guided teaching, reflection, and group discussion, men will experience authentic community, accountability, and support in a safe and confidential setting. The goal of this course is not only personal transformation but also the cultivation of a culture of grace in which lasting change and restored relationships can take place.
